Seamoon FX Refund and Warranty Policy

At Seamoon FX, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted bass guitar effect pedals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee (No Questions Asked)

  • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all pedals purchased directly from seamoonfx.com (or our official store).
  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your pedal, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • This is a no-questions-asked policy during the 15-day period.
  • The 15-day period begins on the date you receive the pedal (as confirmed by carrier tracking).
  • Eligibility requirements:
    • The pedal must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and components included.
    • The pedal must show no signs of significant use, damage, modification, or abuse.
    • This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Return process:
    • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our website [info@seamoonfx.com] before shipping anything back.
    • Once approved, ship the pedal to the address provided with your RMA.
    • You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the pedal back to our facility.
    • We will inspect the returned pedal upon receipt. If it meets the conditions above, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees paid by you).
    • Seamoon FX will cover the cost of return shipping to you only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective upon arrival).
  • Returns after 15 days are not eligible for this money-back guarantee.

5-Year Limited Warranty

  • Seamoon FX warrants each pedal to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase (as shown on your receipt or order confirmation).
  • This is a limited warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects only.
  • What is covered:
    • Repairs or replacement (at our discretion) of defective components or the entire pedal if the issue is due to faulty materials or craftsmanship.
    • If repair is not feasible, we may replace the pedal with a comparable model.
  • What is not covered (exclusions):
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, knob wear, battery corrosion).
    • Damage from improper voltage, power supplies, environmental conditions (e.g., extreme heat, moisture), or shipping/handling after purchase.
    • Issues resulting from user error, such as incorrect patching, over-voltage, or physical impact.
  • Warranty claim process:
    • All warranty claims require an RMA number. Request one via our website [info@seamoonfx.com].
    • Provide proof of purchase (receipt/order number), a description of the issue, and photos if requested.
    • You (the customer) are responsible for shipping the pedal to our facility for evaluation.
    • If we confirm the issue is covered under warranty, Seamoon FX will repair or replace the pedal and cover the cost of shipping it back to you (within the continental US; international customers may incur additional fees).
    • If the issue is not covered, we will notify you and provide repair options at your expense (including return shipping).
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Seamoon FX makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above.

General Terms

  • All returns and warranty claims must be initiated through our official RMA process on the Seamoon FX website. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny refunds or warranty service if conditions are not met.
